Enterprise Network Infrastructure Design & Implementation
Designed and implemented a secure and scalable enterprise network infrastructure for a multi-building environment. This project includes VLAN segmentation, DMZ architecture, server integration (DNS, Web, Email, FTP), and full connectivity validation. Focused on network performance, security best practices, and reliable service delivery, ensuring efficient communication across LAN and WAN environments.
Database Systems Design with Full DBA Configuration
Designed and implemented a complete database solution from conceptual modeling to physical deployment. This project includes ER diagram design, normalization, schema creation, and full database administration setup. Configured user access, security controls, backups, and performance optimization to ensure data integrity, availability, and scalability in a production-ready environment.
IT Infrastructure Migration & Deployment – Hays - AU
Executed an IT infrastructure migration project in Australia, involving the safe decommissioning, packing, and reinstallation of servers and network equipment within a new building environment. Rebuilt network racks, reconnected devices, and performed end-to-end testing to validate system functionality and connectivity. Ensured minimal downtime and smooth transition during the migration process.
AI Chatbot Development & Workflow Automation (n8n) – Personal Project
Developed an AI chatbot integrated with automated workflows using n8n as part of a hands-on learning project (40+ hours). Focused on building practical skills in workflow automation, API integrations, and chatbot logic. Created and tested multiple automation scenarios to simulate real-world use cases, improving efficiency and reducing manual processes.
Web Development & Website Creation
Designed and developed my personal website, robsonreisit.com, to showcase my professional experience, technical skills, projects, and personal background in one place.
The project focused on creating a modern, responsive, and user-friendly website, with structured layouts, interactive elements, optimized content, and consistent performance across different devices.
This project demonstrates practical front-end development skills and my ability to create websites for both personal and corporate purposes, adapting the design, structure, and content to different needs.
Electrolux – Onsite Network & IT Suppor - AU
I currently provide onsite Network and IT Support services for Electrolux, acting as the local technical resource whenever an issue cannot be resolved remotely by the central support team.
My role involves troubleshooting and resolving hardware, operating system, network, and infrastructure-related issues, as well as supporting planned technical activities. This includes Windows 11 reinstallation and workstation configuration, wireless infrastructure support and WLC updates, network troubleshooting, device and hardware inventory, and onsite validation of equipment and connectivity.
I work closely with remote IT teams, providing hands-on support, collecting technical information, performing troubleshooting procedures, and reporting the results back to the relevant teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and with minimal impact to business operations.
